Helle Tõnts

Helle is a certified Health Coach, whose journey began in 2021 at the internationally recognized Institute of Transformational Nutrition. In this approach, “nutrition” is seen as far more than just what’s on our plate — it includes everything that nourishes us in life: sleep, movement, relationships, self-awareness, stress resilience, and the strength of our nervous system.

Over time, Helle deepened her expertise in gut health and the microbiome, realizing that the foundation for a healthy and vibrant life lies precisely there. A balanced microbiome and a well-functioning digestive system are essential for both physical and mental well-being. Working with clients, it became increasingly clear to her that lasting change begins deep in the body. This insight led her to study Somatic EMDR therapy — to support people in places where the mind alone cannot reach, but the body can.

Currently, Helle continues her education in Functional Medicine (Institute of Health), learning to integrate the body’s signals with modern, evidence-based science — lab testing, root cause analysis, DNA-specific traits — and bring these pieces together into a clear picture that helps individuals discover which specific steps best support their health and well-being.

Helle believes the body is not a problem to be fixed, but a guide to be listened to. When we learn to notice its cues in a multidimensional way and offer it sufficient resources, this connection can give rise to something far greater than just better health — it can lead to a new, deeper relationship with oneself.

About the talk:

The body is not only the place where we experience life — it is also the one that has to hold and process everything we go through. But to truly digest and integrate our experiences — whether it’s trauma work, nervous system regulation, or developing deeper body awareness — we need energy. And when the body lacks energy, or resources, we may find ourselves simply too exhausted. Or unable to achieve the deeper results we long for.

In this talk, we’ll explore:

  • How to recognize whether your body has the energy it needs — or whether it’s already at its limit
  • What symptoms indicate that your body needs support before embarking on deeper inner work or body-based healing
  • How to nourish the body systems that create the most vitality and well-being — and which are often the most out of balance

This talk is an invitation to a preventative and self-supportive approach — laying the groundwork so your body can begin to heal, release, and open up from a place of strength.

Practical outcome: You’ll leave with concrete insights and steps you can write down and apply immediately — to help your body gain more energy and presence.

If you’ve ever felt like “I just don’t have the energy to deal with my own stuff” or “I want to change, but my body just isn’t cooperating”, then this talk is for you.
