Nisarga Eryk Dobosz

Nisarga is a practising bodywork therapist and course facilitator, specialising in Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release (BBTRS®), Myofascial Energetic Release (MER), and Lomi Lomi Nui massage. In 2013, Nisarga co-founded the Integral Body Institute (IBI) in Poland, offering workshops and training in the above-mentioned therapies. In Estonia, he shares his courses and teachings through the Body Awareness Institute (BAI), and he also leads bodywork and breathwork trainings in Poland, Bali, and other locations worldwide.

Nisarga began his breathwork and personal healing journey in Warsaw, Poland, in 1998, when he discovered Pranayama – the art of yogic breathing. His spiritual quest and interest in healing led him in 2005 to the OSHO International Meditation Resort in India, where he encountered life-changing breathwork and meditation practices.
Motivated by the desire to learn more and understand the human body, he embraced integrated body–mind–spirit work. Over the next ten years, he travelled and studied across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, gaining knowledge and experience in breathwork, bodywork, and meditation from various traditions – Zen, Sufi, Tao, Buddhism, Tantra, and OSHO.

His passion for working with people is evident in everything he does – whether giving individual sessions or working with training groups. Nisarga takes joy in supporting people on their healing and self-development journey, feeling deep gratitude and privilege for having worked with thousands of people over the years. He admires the strength, courage, and willingness of his clients and students to engage in their own process.
